Academic Research is an Integral component at MPSTME and the intellectual thrust areas are spread across a wide spectrum of Technology, Management, Basic Sciences and Humanities. The major areas of Research though remain closely aligned with the faculty interests. The institute has various departments like Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering and Basic Sciences and Humanities. Each department focuses on varied research domains depending on the available expertise and emerging thrust areas. The School believes strongly in providing a rich and sound academic environment that promotes cross domain research to ensure diversity of research output across disciplines.
