Dr.Dasika Chaitanya.

Dr.Dasika Chaitanya is currently working as an Associate professor with nearly 15 years of experience in the field of Human resource management . She has conducted more than 90 MDP programs on the subjects like creating a Happy Work place, Art of negotiation for the corporates like LIC and NTPC. She is interested in Happiness and Corporate Governance as her subjects for research. She has published her research work in 14 international, national journals and at research and technical conferences.


Completed Ph.D. from NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering) during 2011; her research is on Corporate Governance and Board effectiveness in Oil and Gas upstream companies MBA in Human resource management from Osmania University during 1999-2001 PGDAM (Postgraduate diploma in advertising and marketing management) from Bhavans College, Hyderabad.

Experience: Dasika Chaitanya is associated with MPSTME since 2011 and has been actively involved in teaching subjects related to general management and Human resource management. 
She was teaching HR based subjects at University of Mumbai before joining MPSTME. 

During 2002-2010, along with her research at NITIE, She was also working as manager HR -handling Training and development and in recruitment functions for corporates like Kalpataru, Ascenders, and Schlumberger from 2002 to 2010.
