Achievements:

Dr. Minirani S’s academic journey is rooted in a strong foundation of education and research. Holding a Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology Calicut (NITC), she has honed her expertise in mathematics, complemented by a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Calicut and MSc. in Oceanography from Cochin University. Throughout her illustrious career, she has delved into various facets of mathematics and oceanography, exploring fields such as fractal geometry, fixed point theory, graph theory, and fluid dynamics. Her research contributions reflect her deep understanding and innovative approach to tackling complex mathematical and oceanographic phenomena. As an Associate Professor at NMIMS, Mumbai, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape. Her dedication to teaching is evident in her from her experience since 2007, where she has mentored countless students, inspiring them to explore the depths of mathematical inquiry. Dr. Minirani holds memberships in several professional bodies related to mathematics, engineering, and education. These include the Ramanujan Mathematical Society, Indian Science Congress, ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education), American Mathematical Society, IAENG (International Association for Engineers), ISIAM (Indian Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics), Indian Mathematical Society, Association for Women in Mathematics, and Mathematics Teachers Association in India
