Achievements

Prof. Samadhan Deshmukh has been serving as an Assistant Professor at MPSTME, Mumbai Campus since November 2014. With a cumulative teaching experience of more than 15 years and 6 months of industrial exposure, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Proficient in software applications such as AutoCAD 2023, SolidWorks 2023, Fusion 360, and MS Office, he demonstrates strong technical skills. He holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing System Engineering. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD from SVKMs NMIMS, MPSTME, Mumbai, focusing on Metal Matrix Composite Materials. His academic contributions extend to numerous publications in esteemed international journals and conferences.

Prof. Deshmukh is an avid learner, having completed several certifications on Coursera across diverse domains. He actively participates in one-week/two-week Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), including six AICTE-sponsored ATAL FDPs. His engagement in training programs and webinars, particularly in additive manufacturing and composite materials, underscores his commitment to professional development. Moreover, he has facilitated five training programs and hands-on sessions in additive manufacturing/3D printing for both faculty members and students, showcasing his dedication to knowledge dissemination and skill enhancement within the academic community.
