First International Conference on Machine Intelligence, Neuro-computing and Decision Systems (MINDS2026) aims to bring together researchers, academicians, industry experts, and practitioners to explore recent advances and emerging trends in Intelligent Learning Systems and Generative Models.

This conference provides a platform for discussing cutting-edge research in deep learning architectures, reinforcement learning and decision systems, probabilistic and Bayesian AI, optimization techniques, neuro-symbolic and neuro-fuzzy computing, as well as multimodal AI, generative adversarial networks, and diffusion models. This conference highlights the growing importance of Trustworthy, Ethical, and Responsible AI.

MINDS2026 also aims to foster meaningful collaboration and knowledge exchange that advances intelligent systems for real-world decision-making challenges. As a part of conference, hands-on workshop is also planned to demonstrate the cutting-edge technologies of AI domain. The conference will be held on 17th and 18th December 2026 at Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering, NMIMS University, Mumbai, MH, India.

Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their original research papers including results, tables, figures, and references in PDF format. MINDS2026 follows the DOUBLE-BLIND peer review system. The authors are requested not to disclose their identity in the manuscript while submitting the paper. Elements that reveals the identity of author are their names, affiliations, acknowledgments, etc. Authors must submit the blind(anonymous) copy of the paper through submission system.

Formatting Requirements

• Minimum 12 pages and maximum of 15 pages (including proposed methodology to solve the problem, research findings, results, and references)
• Around 400 words on each page should be written in English
• Must be prepared using Word document or LaTeX following Springer conference template

Plagiarism and AI Content

The similarity check for submitted papers will be carried out. Similarity ratio of the papers should not exceed 10% overall, and 3% for single source overlap. Authors need to submit the undertaking about AI generated content.

Important: The submissions not fulfilling above two criterions will be sent back to authors and will not be considered for review.

Peer Review Methodology

MINDS2026 will follow a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Each paper will undergo a review with 4 different reviewers. Final decision will be based on all the review comments and the evaluation by program committee members.

Submission Scope

The submitted manuscript must fall within the scope and allied tracks of the conference. The Technical Program Committee (TPC) reserves the full right to determine the relevance of a submission to the conference scope before recommending it for the review process.

Simultaneous Submissions

Simultaneous submission refers to submitting the same manuscript to multiple conferences at the same time. Such submissions are strongly discouraged, and in such cases, the decision of the TPC will be final.

Acceptance and Publication

Only papers with similarity index less than or equal to 10% (excluding the bibliography) will be considered for the review process. All manuscripts must be written in English and prepared using the standard Springer conference templates. Submissions must be in PDF format only.

Upon acceptance, it is the responsibility of the authors to submit the final camera-ready paper and complete the copyright transfer through the link that will be shared after acceptance. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete full registration for the conference to submit the final version. All accepted and presented papers will be considered for further publication.
