We are proud to share an exciting achievement by our alumnus, Sarthak Chandak, from the 2020 B. Tech Integrated (Mechanical) batch. Sarthak has developed a Fully Automatic Rasmalai Filling and Sealing Machine, a groundbreaking innovation that automates the entire process, including rabdi filling and dry fruit garnishing. This advanced machine has recently been installed at Amul in Anand, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of automated food processing machinery.
